Thank you for shopping at My Store 4. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in the original packaging
  • The item must have the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at anisborgaonkar9923@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), in which case we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  3. Contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted
