Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather events, carrier delays, or customs processing.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Some remote areas may have longer delivery times.

We do not currently offer international shipping. If this changes, this policy will be updated accordingly.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses for most items via standard shipping methods. Expedited and overnight shipping may not be available for these addresses.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

My Store 4 is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order for domestic shipments within the United States. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout in accordance with state and local laws.

Damages

My Store 4 is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Missing or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows your order was delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check your surrounding area, mailbox, or with neighbors
  2. Contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number
